1. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you have completed your purchase and gained access to the product, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Immediate Access After Purchase
After completing your payment, you will be immediately redirected to a page where you can download a PDF file containing:
- A brief description of the purchased product.
- A direct link to the product itself.
You are encouraged to download your product immediately after purchase to avoid any issues.
3. Limited Download Opportunities
You are provided with two (2) opportunities to download the PDF that contains the product link. After these two downloads, access to the PDF will no longer be available.
Please ensure that you download and securely save the file within this limit. We are not able to provide additional download opportunities once the limit is reached.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues with downloading your product, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase at stargazepages@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue or provide an alternative link to the product, depending on the situation.
