Welcome to StarGaze Pages! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of digital products from StarGaze Pages. By placing an order and using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

1. Nature of Products

All products offered by StarGaze Pages are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.

Once your purchase is complete, you will be immediately redirected to a page where you can download a PDF file containing:

  • A brief description of your purchased product.
  • A direct access link to the product itself.

2. Download Limits

  • You may download the PDF file a maximum of two (2) times.
  • Please save your product and backup your files after downloading, as we cannot guarantee continued access after the download limit is reached.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

4. Personal Use License

All designs, templates, and products purchased from StarGaze Pages are licensed for personal use only.

This means you cannot:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute our products (whether free or paid).
  • Modify and claim our designs as your own.
  • Use our designs for any commercial purposes without explicit written permission from StarGaze Pages.

Violation of this license may result in legal action under Panama copyright law, with the possibility of pursuing international action if necessary.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, digital products, and creative works available on StarGaze Pages are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of StarGaze Pages.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reselling, distributing, or claiming ownership of any of our products.

6. Payment & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in the currency of our choice.
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

7. Order Process & Delivery

  • After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to a page where you can download your PDF file.
  • This PDF contains a brief product description and a direct link to access your product.
  • No shipping is required, as all products are digital-only.

8. Technical Issues

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a compatible device and software to access the purchased product.
If you experience technical issues with the download process, please contact us at stargazepages@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.

9. International Customers

While StarGaze Pages is based in Panama, we welcome international customers. Please note:

  • Purchases are governed by Panama law (see Section 11).
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with any applicable laws in your own country.
  • All product descriptions and customer service are provided in English.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of access to products due to failure to download within the allowed limit.
  • Compatibility issues with your device or software.
  • Unauthorized access to your purchased files due to sharing or insecure storage on your part.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Panama.
Any disputes arising from your purchase or use of our products will be handled exclusively in the courts of Panama City, Panama.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review this page before purchasing new products.
